Great Stay
big room warm water friendly staff fast internet
I loved the room size it was big enough and well decorated. The bathroom was especially great with warm water always available. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. I found the internet connection to be fast and reliable.
The hotel has limited scooters. They were usually unavailable when needed.

The staff provided prompt service at the reception desk. The staff ensured luggage assistance was readily available and efficient. The team handled all inquiries quickly and accurately. This created a smooth experience.

The breakfast included fresh fruit options every morning. Coffee and tea were readily available at the breakfast service area. There was a pancake with banana available during breakfast, a very enjoyable option for me.

The pool was big and well-maintainedwith a refreshing experience. There was bike rental available, allowing easy exploration of the island. The hotel offered laundry service, really convenient for an extended trip.

suspect pool unmotivated staff
The pool looked a bit suspect. I suspect it needed a good scrub. my so-called "King Room Balcony" was somewhat lacking (I've seen bigger balconies on garden sheds). The breakfast buffet was a real letdown with limited choices and questionable quality. I believe a wider selection and fresher ingredients are necessary. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated to address any concerns.
